MOD will inform clients of applicable cancellation policies prior to confirmation and will assist in seeking alternative solutions where possible.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly stipulated in the service agreement.
Any request for changes after confirmation is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
MOD will make every effort to accommodate requests while safeguarding quality standards.
MOD only collaborates with vetted partners and trusted providers.
All villas, yachts, services, and experiences offered have been reviewed and/or operated by our team to ensure reliability and quality.
Client confidentiality is a core value. MOD does not disclose, promote, or share client information, itineraries, or identities without prior consent.
All staff, suppliers, and collaborators are bound by confidentiality agreements.
MOD strongly recommends that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, medical assistance, and loss of personal belongings. MOD shall not be liable for incidents not covered by such insurance.
MOD’s priority is the client experience. We remain available before, during, and after each booking to provide assistance and ensure services are delivered in the client’s best interest.
All content (texts, images, designs, logos, source code) on this website is the exclusive property of MOD or authorised third parties. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
